Level the playing field for film and TV careers.
Talent should not be blocked by family connections, social class, disability barriers, or postcode. Film Equitable equips people with technical training, confidence, mentoring, and practical pathways into production environments.
The result is stronger teams and better storytelling, because our screens should represent everyone, not only the people with privileged access.
